Lessons are prepaid either by the month in advance of each new month, or for a package of one year in advance of starting lessons. A credit or debit card is kept on file and lesson fees are paid as specified above.
You may reschedule any lesson as long as you cancel and reschedule the lesson through your online account using the online schedule within 24 hours notice in advance of the missed lesson.
Your plan will automatically renew each month until you choose to cancel it. You may cancel your lesson plan at any time through your online account. If you have purchased an Annual Lesson Plan and choose to cancel your plan before you have completed twelve months, you will be charged an early termination fee upon ending your plan, in the amount of the difference in the monthly price of the Month to Month Lesson Plan and the Annual Lesson Plan for each month that you took lessons.
For any lesson that is cancelled by AGA or your lesson Coach, you will be issued a lesson credit which you can use to reschedule the missed lesson. We are not open on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and The 4th of July.
